The first hoop you use should be general, an easy task to complete.

For example, ask that your prospects call and listen to a two or three minute telephone recording explaining your business. Then, when they have completed that call they will be instructed to go to the second hoop or task, which could be visiting a website and filling out some information.


After this, you can call them and invite them to participate in the third hoop, a smaller and more directed task such as watching a short video about your company or meeting with you.


In addition to giving your prospects some great information about your proposition, these hoops help to eliminate those leads that aren't really serious about your offer.

It is much better to screen those rejections out early so you can focus your efforts on people who are willing to work for an opportunity to join your business.


MLM recruiting isn't rocket science, it just requires some strategy. Employing the three hoop rule and targeting your efforts towards the most likely candidates will save you time and increase your chances of success!
